I enrolled with SBD in Appx. March of 07 as the CAM in Tacoma, Washington. After about 90 days of promise after promise I became frustrated because none of them ever came to fruition. Much to my surprize they did provide my refund. The most troublingf aspect of this experience was the fact thatb SBD assured me I would be compensated for any new business listing with SBD. I did some research and found that a significant number of businesses enrolled after my upgrade to CAM, I should have received 10% but did not. I never received one red cent. I also called Angela the Sales Manger and enquired if I should go out and cold call, she strongly opposed this citing that SBD would do so by phone. What exactly is the agenda over there at SBD?
My user name and phone number is still listed as the CAM for Tacoma, should I seek council and relief in District court?

I do not think that any company actually paid for a listing in the local search, yet. The local search has been populated with companies, but at this point none have been upgraded.

If you feel that is incorrect, then by all means open a ticket with Search Big Daddy and it should get resolved. You did get a refund so that tells me they are not out to take anyone's money.

The database needs some work or revamping and I have spoken to Angela about that. Once again, submit a ticket to have your information corrected.

As to their agenda, I cannot speak for them. I do know they are attempting to build a World Class Search Directory and that is not an easy task.

Keep submitting tickets or call them direct at 1 (480)786-LIST (5478) until your concerns have been satisfied.

In regards to Project Kindness pick a state even though it makes no sense to you. That will bring up the city menu. Go back to the state and choose Select. The city menu will still be there. Type in your city in the box that says city not listed.

For state type in your state or provence. If you do not have a Zip type in some numbers and letters.

The script is supposed to do that automatically. It does do that for the individual posts but not the homepage. Will have to look at that some more. Thanks for the catch.
