In my continuing series of articles about SEO and Veretekk, I will discuss the Bully Pulpit System that Veretekk has built into their Gold system. You as a user can send out a message once a week to all of the people on your list or to certain groups. This is powerful in that if you want to market only certain items to some people then you can create a group and send out an email just to them. You can then send out a different message to your other groups.
Veretekk has many portals in which to generate leads. As you create those leads they will show up in your Bully Pulpit area under the name of that particular portal. As an example, let us say you have generated 35 leads from the E-Tracking Portal. Each week you can send out a message to those people through the Bully Pulpit. This is a very powerful way to keep in touch, but not overdo your welcome.
There are three message types that you can send. You can create a letter in text format. This will be just straight forward text and may have a better spam rating. The second format is html. This allows you to create a letter that really stands out. You would be best served by creating the letter in an html editor and make sure it looks professional. Then, just copy and paste it into the Bully Pulpit area. If you already have letters created in the Sequential Mailer area, you can send out a particular letter of a letter set. This can save you some time if you have had a busy week and do not have the time to write something.
If you happen to want to send out information more than once a week you can do that buy upgrading to a Platinum Control Panel. The PCP is more for Power Users so for most users the Bully Pulpit will work just fine.
In order to take advantage of the Bully Pulpit you will have to upgrade from Silver to Gold. Everyone starts out with a Silver System in order to become familiar with the system and to attend the many training sessions that we have. Once you feel comfortable with the system then it is time to upgrade and use the full power of Veretekk to market your business.
