I was going talk about SEO and Veretekk Part 2, but a trainer and support person Patricia Hoffman at http://www.veretekkpower.com beat me to it. Rather than reinventing the wheel I will let Patricia have the stage.
I will add that when you get to the part about RSS, pay attention, because it is very important for any SEO campaign that you post to your RSS Feed, good content, everyday. This is what the Search Engines love and it will go a long way to getting you ranked.
Now I will not kid you, it takes time and determination to set up a Gold System properly. That is where a Platinum control panel comes in handy. When you get your own Gold System and you understand how things work, you may want to get a Platinum Control Panel, if you have more than one Gold System to configure. I have one and if you would like me to configure your system for you, I will do it for free if you are part of my team. If you are not on my team I charge a 1 time $200 to set up your system and then give it back to you. If you want to stay in my Platinum Control Panel then it will be a monthly maintenance fee to stay there.

#11 Veretekkâ„¢ SEO, What Does That Mean?
In this issue I plan on telling what I have learned about SEO and the Veretekkâ„¢ System.
I need to let my readers know that I am not a
SEO expert. I am a teacher, a trainer, a messenger, and in order to write this issue I have had to do some research, no different than any Veretekkâ„¢ Member might have to do. As a Veretekkâ„¢ Member I have researched Thomas Prendergast and Butch Hamilton. I know there are other Veretekkâ„¢ Members that are SEO experts, but I decided to stay with the two I know best.
I welcome any and all Veretekkâ„¢ Members that feel they are SEO experts to contact me via Skype.
Both sources say the same thing, choosing your Keyword or Keyword Phrase is the first thing you need to do. To quote Thomas Prendergast from his
SEO web
site, “First things first. Find your market.†And to quote Butch Hamilton from his
SEO Lessons web
site, “No Traffic = No Salesâ€. They both agree that the first step in SEO should be keyword or keyword phrase selection.
My comment at this point would be, what business have you prioritized to promote with your Veretekkâ„¢ System or have you found your market yet?
Whether you have free Silver Veretekkâ„¢ Systems,
paid Gold Veretekkâ„¢ Systems or the Veretekkâ„¢ Platinum System or all three, I feel it is necessary to know what your market is so you can choose the keyword or keyword phrase you need to promote your business.
So next I want to look at the SEO tools outside of the Veretekkâ„¢ System that are needed to locate good keyword or keyword phrases. You will want to go to
Google Advance Search and post (keyword selector tools). This will give you a ton of keyword selector tools, however, the following are recommended by Tom & Butch.
Good Keywords – Find the best keywords for your web pages, and is a Windows software for finding the best keywords for your web site pages. It also includes a link popularity finder that finds the number of sites that link to your site and a site popularity meter to measure your relative traffic.

Wordtracker – Free Keyword Suggestion Tool from Wordtracker, Use the free keyword suggestion tool from Wordtracker to help your website rank higher in the search engines.
I have all three but find that the Wordtracker, whether free or paid is the best SEO tool I use. In fact, to quote Butch, “This software will give you search results for literally any keyword that you choose.â€
Once you have prioritized your business and chosen the keyword or keyword phrase you are ready to chose a domain name that is, as Tom says,
“is married to your Veretekkâ„¢ usernameâ€. It helps if the domain name, the Veretekkâ„¢ username and your keyword or keyword phrases are the same.
Just imagine the power of that.
I could take time to go over each one of these Veretekkâ„¢ tools, but all
paid Gold members should have a free Silver System of their own, which they can click on the Gold Buttons to hear Thomas Prendergast give a Flash Demonstration of each Gold item in the
free Silver account. So both paid Gold members and free Silver members go click the Gold Buttons in your free Silver System as we move along with this issue.
This is a learning tool for both the free Silver and the paid Gold members. Tom will eventually have a tutorial for the Gold members in the Gold System but until than the free Silver System will do just fine.
Now you are ready to access your Veretekkâ„¢ System and use what you have chosen. So lets look at your Veretekkâ„¢ System and see what tools you have to work with.
I will start at the beginning, working left to right, so we start at the Veretekkâ„¢ Back Office:
Where we will click on the Configuration button first, than the
Market Center button where you will configure your Market Center to promote whatever business you have chosen to promote with your Veretekkâ„¢ System. A
paid Gold member has the choice to configure an unlimited number of Market Centers. The
paid Gold member also has the ability to assign the Market Centers Global or Individual, and they are:
- Blastomatic Back Office
- Free FFAs Back Office
- Veretekkâ„¢ Down Under
- Veretekkâ„¢ Silver Login
- Veretrackingâ„¢ Back Office
Not only are the Market Centers displayed in the following locations at this time, a
paid Gold member will also use the Market Center in the Premium Lead area, the Veremailâ„¢ System in the Groups area and the Upload Leads area. So it is important that the Gold Member has the Market Center configured properly.

We go back to the Configuration button
at the top of the Market Center area, and than press the Sequential Mailer button where you will configure your Sequential Mailer to match the business you have chosen to promote with your Veretekkâ„¢ System. A
paid Gold member will use the Sequential Mailer in the Premium Lead area, the Veremailâ„¢ System in the Groups area and the Upload Leads area. So it is important that the Gold Member has the Sequential Mailer configured properly also.
Paid Gold members can go to the Veretrainingâ„¢ area, top right, and click on the
Training Modules button, where they will find the following recording make by Thomas Prendergast’
Setting up your Sequential Mail sets. This is setting up your advertising and marketing emails in the Sequential mail system and subscribing them to your forms and portals.
We go back to the Configuration button at the top of the Sequential Mailer area, and than press the any of the following buttons:
Text Messaging – Controls for Lead Notification Emails, so if you have a cell phone and would like to receive text messages for different types of lead notifications, this is the place for you.
Emails Unlimited – Unlimited Email Marketing Solutions, and it is the assurance that they will eventually wind up in many so-called opt-in lists, for obvious reasons.
Veretrackingâ„¢ – View All Statistics, Connections, and Top Accesses plus there is a recording in the Training Modules area found when clicking the Veretrainingâ„¢ link, top right. The recordings are titled,
Veretrackingâ„¢ code tracker, twice. First, the setting up a custom tracking page. Learn how to build a web page with the Portal Control Form code and inserting a Veretrackingâ„¢ code. Second, this tutorial shows you how to use the “BUG” to track your forum posts for the purpose of identifying when the search engine robots show up.
Paid Gold Members can access both trainings in the Training Modules area.
Google Adsense® – Veretekkâ„¢ Integration with Google Adsense®, so there are areas in your Veretekkâ„¢ system and portals where Google Adsense® listings are displayed. If you have an account set up with Google Adsense® you can configure your Veretekkâ„¢ system to associate these listings with your personal Adsense account.

Now lets go back to where we started, at the Veretekkâ„¢ Back Office:
Where we will click on the Portal Marketing button first, than the individual portal buttons for configuration. As to the System Tools, but here too, all
paid Gold members should have a free Silver System of their own. So go click the Gold Buttons for these three System Tools that are at the top of the Portal Marketing area.
To configure each portal, one has to move from each portal in the Portal Process Center, starting with the top Portal of the Center.
Most of the Traffic Portals will have the following in the Configuration area:

Please note that the SEO Portals will only have the following:

The Drop Down Menu will vary but most will have the
RSS Feed link in the drop down menu.

Setting up a Portal Control Panel and is an Advanced Training, that requires a thinking cap. Tom teaches you from choosing a viable keyword, writing relevant copy, setting up the blogfather, and then configuring your portal. So go click the Gold Buttons for any of the Traffic Portals and also in the Training Modules area for Tom’ recordings.
Now lets go back to where we started, at the Veretekkâ„¢ Back Office:
Where we will click on the Communication
area, remember, all paid Gold members should have a free Silver System of their own so they can click the Gold Buttons for the Communication area:
Bully Pulpit – This is the tool you use to actually perform your email marketing. Gold Members can send a Bully Pulpit every seven days. This is a way to communicate with your date base in Veretekkâ„¢.
Premium Leads - This is a very powerful set of tools that are designed to help you manage your contacts. Gold Members can do just about anything from this area.
RSS Feed – RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines, and podcasts in a standardized format. For more see

RSS Channels – An examination of the uses of RSS channels, to better understand their nature and to move towards a rigorous definition of them and for more definition,

Email Offer – You can send out a special email invitation to encourage anyone to sign up for a free Veretekkâ„¢ Silver system. This function is also found in the Gold Members Premium Leads area where the Gold Member can send this special email invitation to a particular Premium Lead.
Transfer All Leads – A Gold Member has the ability to transfer leads to a fellow Veretekkâ„¢ Gold subscriber. Please note the transfers are final.
Remove Email – Type in the email address you want to remove, then press the “Unsubscribe” button.
All of the functions in the Communication area can be used for the SEO of a web site, however, the
RSS Feed is very important to the SEO of your web sites so remember to press the Gold Buttons on your free Silver System for everything in the Communication area, especially the
RSS Feed Gold Button so Tom can give the Flash Demo of how to use the

VereCare-Support – Where you will find the contact information for your sponsor and the company plus the Icon for the VereCareâ„¢ Live Online Support.
Than Listen To The CEO and Than Listen To The Veretekkâ„¢ Economics, that will finish off the Veretekkâ„¢ Back Office.
Now lets go to the Veremailâ„¢ Center, and it is very easy to use. The links allow you to navigate through the features and functions available. A reminder, all Gold members should have a Free Silver System of their own, which they can click on the Gold Buttons to hear Thomas Prendergast give a Flash Demonstration of each Gold item in the Free Silver account.
The Veremailâ„¢ Center, which houses the following:
Enter Contacts and My Contacts – Both accessible by the free Silver and the paid Gold Veretekkâ„¢ Members. At its most basic level you can use Veremailâ„¢ to manually verify a contact by entering their information and submitting it to the system.
Create Groups and My Groups – The real reason for having groups is that the system will automatically generate HTML code that you can copy and paste into your own web sites in order to offer a signup form for your visitors to subscribe to your mailing list. The code used for each group is a little different.
